Fund Overview
The objective of this fund is to mostly invest in Chinese companies listed on overseas stock exchanges, sharing China’s economic development in global capital market so as to pursue long-term capital appreciation. The investment scope of this Fund includes equities, fixed-income securities and bank deposits and other investment tools approved by laws and regulations. This fund is authorized to invest in all stocks listed on HK Security Exchange and Chinese companies listed on overseas markets, including Singapore and USA. In addition, Chinese companies mean those listed companies that are established in the mainland China which have over 50% of the main revenues come from the mainland China; Fixed-income securities will be securities ranked above A by S&P or issued by equivalent ranking issuer on CSRC recognized overseas markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore and USA. The fund will mainly invest in HK bonk market if the market is under good liquidity.
